Refund policy

At RCH Global Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fitness gear and skincare tools. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare tools that have come into contact with skin
  • Personal care items that have been used or opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital content

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us and we will provide the return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
